Return Policy

Returns MUST be accompanied with purchase

RECEIPT and only store credit will be given for

returns in the form of a Jack Farley's Art Supplies

gift card to be used at Jack Farley's Art Supplies.

Refund will be given ONLY for defective
merchandise by same as method of payment or store
credit on Jack Farley's gift card.

NO RETURN OR CREDIT on Final Clearance Items.
Returns must be done within 30 DAYS of purchase.

You MUST present a current Resale Permit
each time to qualify for non-tax purchases.
No exceptions will be made on these policies.

Shipping Policy

 

Jack Farley's Art Supplies uses the

United States Postal Services for all

deliveries where possible.


This shipping method is the standard

method chosen on all shipping choices

through our website.


We do not offer expedited shipping

services other than store pick up where

applicable.

In rare cases the default shipping charge

displayed at checkout may not be

sufficient to cover the cost of shipping due

to weight of total items. Examples of

adjusted shipping rates can apply to furniture,

large quantities of paint products,

large/oversized canvases, to name a few.

In cases of adjusted shipping rates,

we will contact you for approval on shipping

cost adjustment, prior to charging

your card for your specific purchase.
